Josei^?: (pronounced "joe-say) also known as redikomi, redisu, or ladie's comics, refers to manga who's target audience is women or girls in their late teens. In other words, josei manga is shojo^? manga's big sister, aka women's manga. Josei manga usually includes more mature complex themes often with adult or explicit content. The main characters are usually in their college years or older. Common themes in josei manga are office life, marriages, infidelity, babies, families and romance.
